Here’s a tool that I cannot live without for my digital agency. I definitely cannot live without my phone. It is an extension of my body, and I think most people would probably feel like their phone—if they walked out of the house without it—they would feel naked, lost, and they cannot function. But seriously, there are so many tools and technologies that we use every day outside of our phones, right? I mean, today your phone is not just what you use to make phone calls, but we use so many different pieces of technology to run our business from our accounting software, from, you know, QuickBooks and Bonzai. I use Hootsuite for managing my social media. You know, I set it and forget it. I spend, you know, one weekend a month, a couple of hours loading up my Hootsuite, and then I don’t have to worry about my social media for two months. Right. So thank God for that.

I use Slack and ClickUp for task management in terms of connecting with my internal team members. So we can easily communicate back and forth about things that we need to do and keep everybody on track with task management. So there are so many tools and technologies that we use on a daily basis to keep the engine running. But if you had to connect me with one, it’s the phone.
