Strategic multi-channel campaign showcases company’s new employment brand
Checkers and Rally’s drive-in restaurants needed a partner to bring to life their new Employment Brand (EVP). Using recently conducted research in 2021, shyft created a new brand identity that Checkers and Rally’s will continue to use for both recruiting and retention purposes. The WIN WITH US theme is the tie-in to their newly created tagline “Serving People Who Spend Their Day Serving Others.” This multi-channel campaign can be found on their corporate careers page of their website, on owned social channels, and in various POP assets throughout the United States at any one of their 900 corporate or franchised locations.
