So here’s how AI has impacted my work as a digital marketing agency owner. ChatGPT and Perplexity allow me to work on my social media, conduct research, look for events, manage research for my sales efforts just a little bit faster, a little bit more streamlined, definitely in a more efficient way.

Fathom is another AI tool that I am a very big fan of. Many people have been using this for a while, but I was not an early adopter until somebody told me, hey, you should try Fathom, and I am a huge fan. I attach it to Zoom. I am a remote worker, so I am on Zoom calls all day long. Fathom takes AI recordings and task management from all of my meetings. So when the meeting is done, all of your meeting attendees get follow-up notes and task management. You don’t have to frantically take notes of everything that happened and who said what in your meetings, and everybody knows who needs to do what when the meeting is done. It is amazing. I am a huge fan. I love it. I will never go back to handwritten notes.
